  • All room rates are inclusive of meals with advice from your doctor.
  • All rooms are fully air-conditioned with attached bathroom, TV and telephone (3 bedded and 4/5 bedded rooms are not provided with telephone).

Security for Your Belongings

During your stay with us, it is advisable not to bring any valuables. Patients must ensure safe keeping of all valuables. The hospital will not be responsible for any loss of valuables such as cash, jewelry, mobile phone or damage to your personal items while in the premises.

Telephones

This facility is only available in single rooms. To call for internal services, please refer to the hospital telephone directory for extension numbers or press "0" for operator's assistance. To make external calls, please press "0" for operator's assistance. Charges for your external calls will be reflected in your hospital bill. Public telephones are available at the ground floor, near to the A&E service. Hand phones are not permitted within the hospital premises as they may interfere with the high frequency electronic equipment used.

Television

Patient room is equipped with a television set. Should there be technical issues, patient may contact the Maintenance & Engineering Service for assistance.

Newspaper

A choice of one complimentary newspaper is provided to all single room occupants.

Medical Records

Patient Medical Record is treated as highly confidential documents. Patient must give consent should there be request for copy of medical record from a third party.

Patient Food Services

If patients are under therapeutic diet, the Dietary service will ensure patient nutritional requirements are met in accordance with the physician's orders. If patient need advice on meal selection or have a question concerning diet, patient may request for Dietetic service.

Standard meals are served as follows:

Breakfast

7.30am - 8.30am

Lunch

12.00pm - 1.00pm

Dinner

6.30pm - 7.30pm

Support Group

Support group provides education and emotional support that could improve your motivational level. Emotional support and educational assistance may lessen your worries fighting for diseases/sickness or facing a difficult situation.
