A: You can refer to display board at Admission Counter and A&E on deposits required for certain procedures. Billing personnel may assist to provide estimated cost.

A: Please ensure to bring your Medical Card (Insurance) and seek verification at the Outpatient GL Counter located at Level 5 and 6 or Inpatient GL counter at Level 2. Your GL usually be emailed direct to our GL system, however you are advise to check with your company on the status.

A: The Hospital's Information Counter staff will be able to assist you to locate your friend or relative admitted to the Hospital. Information Counters are available at Level 2. Alternatively, you can also call our General Enquiry line at Tel: 09 511 2692 to request for assistance.

A: Please request for copy bill at discharge counter, Level 2.

A: We do have list of appointed panel insurance. Our GL Counter will assist to verify your Insurance Card.
